Use these guidelines, specifications, and best practices to create clear and effective content for customers.

PDF Templates

Choose an appropriate template before creating content. 

For promotional offers, use:

  • Generic Flyer
  • Single Departure Flyer
  • Detailed Tour Itinerary
  • Cruise with Itinerary

For news and events, use:

  • What’s New

Promotional offer templates include additional features such as pricing, departure dates, and terms & conditions.

Post Title

Choose a strong, engaging title to capture customer attention. 
- Minimum: 8 characters 
- No maximum, but keep it concise to avoid formatting issues in PDFs.

Cover Photo

Follow these specifications for best results:

  • Format: JPEG or JPG
  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Minimum Width: 1200px (to avoid low resolution)
  • Max File Size: 1MB (to reduce download time)

Summary (Optional)

Add an introductory paragraph if needed.

Content Guidelines

Use the Content Management System (CMS) for creating and publishing content. 

Best practices:

  • Avoid using "Heading 1" (already assigned to the post title).
  • Use "Heading 2", "Heading 3", or "Heading 4" for subheadings.
  • Do not add unnecessary spaces—PDF formatting is predefined.
  • Keep formatting simple (avoid excessive colors, fonts, and styling).
  • Use left-aligned text for better readability.
  • Recommended length: 1,500-1,900 characters (including spaces).
  • Insert images in the "Photos & Videos" section for promotional content.
  • Include relevant links where necessary.

Note: In PDFs, only images will be visible (videos are not supported).
